The Pink and Blue Project

I recently came across the work of JeongMee Yoon and thought it was pretty neat/interesting. The cool thing about this artist is that this project is ongoing, so you can see each child and their "pink/blue things" throughout the years. I likey.

It took 10 years....

I've been wearing the same shade of red lipstick for 10 years and I've tried EVERYTHING to keep it in place. I'm usually a really really good lipstick keeper-onner, but sometimes you still don't get that even/smooth lasting power that you really need to not look like a drunk hussy after a long night of drinking/eating. Today is a new day my friends. I. FOUND.THE.SOLUTION! No primer! No liner!! Just my old standby chapstick underneath:) My lippers stayed bright red from 11am till just now when I decided to eat a blueberry muffin.

Magical Innocent Fun...minus all the wine;)

Last night my wizzy sis and I decided to dye Easter eggs and make Easter baskets, something we had not done in years! So her sissy made us an amazing yummy dinner, we drank several bottles of wine, have lovely conversation and busted out these eggs. SO MUCH FUN!!! If you are thinking of making some of your own, I highly HIGHLY recommend the "monster kit" by Paas. It provided hours of entertainment. We also thought it would be cute to put our monsters in a roller coaster for shits n gigs:)

Alligator Tears

I've never been much of a fan of Tegan and Sara, but about a month ago on a whim I got their new record. And I'll tell you...IT.IS.WHATS.UP. I really fell in love with the song Alligator so I was uber pumped when they released a whole LP of remixes. I've been jamming it all day, my poor dad is prolly about to lose his shiz;) Passion Pit and VHS or Beta do sick remixes, check it out!!!!
